This isn't random, it's literally "Fiddling while Rome(/the world) burns"
Noticing a lot of people saying this "doesn't fit for pyro" for some or another reason and completely missing the point and the joke from the outset.

Learn some history or even common turns of phrase and look up the expression ("fiddling while Rome burns" and variations) and you'll understand why this fits for Pyro and why it wouldn't fit for another class. On any other class it's just random.

Oh so that's where it comes from, I thought it was some kind of obscure reference to "The Devil went down to Georgia". Thanks for the info !

No problem, not that it seems to help most people. Practically every new thread that's posted is still either 'I don't understand how this fits' or 'devil went down to Georgia!' As if that's the only song ever to use a fiddle.

Honestly even if it was random, I don't see what the problem is. News flash: random is part of Pyro!
