* Yes. I will add more.
Spinal & Heavy Spinal have arrows fused into the hull plates.
Cascade has arrows fused into the plates.
Harbinger has a sign on the rear saying "REAR", pattern on front and arrows.

#2) Can it be dodged?
* Yes, the beam is made of projectiles, and aren't instantous.

#3) Is it pint-point, barrage, or?
* Bullet-hole pin-point.

#4) Will you be making small-grid versions?
* Yes, but of thier own power scales.

#5) Can you add energy draw?
* I don't have a script for that.

#6) Is this OP?
* It's a bullet-hole 20-40km (depends on which spinal) adaptive size weapon.
It's easily borderline.
