I figured I'll post this as a discussion rather than a comment in case others stumble upon the same problem.

I built a TIE Defender using this mod the other day but it seems like the modular cannons, which I installed on the wings, are not receiving the ammo generated from the TIE weapons system I attached to the TIE Defender Life Support. Are we supposed to load them manually or should it be automatic like in other TIEs (I made an Interceptor before this), because the cannon inventories seem to be unavailable when I open the inventory while sitting in the cockpit.

Also out of curiosity do TIE Defenders in this mod come with shields? I believe I had some notification or error pop up briefly about shields after I made my Defender but I haven't seen a part that seems to provide them.
