报告翻译问题
Я тоже столкнулся с этой проблемой, но в Ravage - Chernarus Redux. Я отключал не нужные моды и запускал сценарий заново. Но ничего не помогало. В сценарии Алтис пока такого не было
Я выключал следующие моды:
Specialist Military Arms (SMA) Version 2.7.1
JSRS SOUNDMOD и все сабмоды

I faced this problem too, but in Ravage - Chernarus Redux. I disabled unnecessary mods and ran the script again. But nothing helped. This has not yet happened in the Altis script.
I turned off the following mods:
Specialist Military Arms (SMA) Version 2.7.1
JSRS SOUNDMOD and all submods
Vandeanson's Apocalypse
edit: I tried loading just ravage and CBA_A3 but its still not working whenever the player dies or whenever i switch to another character the addactions stop appearing.
player addAction ["Search", {blablabla;}];
This was also a huge issue in single player with character switch is used to swap between multiple playable units. Only the starting one got the search action. Again, easy to fix with the right script to paste into the init :)
