[FIXED] Major bug: No experience gain with no mods on other than this one
I tested with new and old saves, and you get no xp gain either way

EDIT: Found a fix. Use the UI modding framework.
Yes the one listed as "required" in on the mod page. I was personally not aware there were 2 different modding frameworks and I was using the wrong one. Have fun out there

yes actually. its actually a known bug but in the comment section but i figured i should make a more proper forum post about it.

yoou should know that some people attribute this bug to mod incompatability but not for me. Even plain vanilla this mod breaks my game

Same happens to me. Been going through all my mods turning them off to see. Exp gain works with all others enabled but not this one.

it doesnt prevent it with just modding framework on tho

Works ok for me. UI modding framework + region trading + bunch of other mods (bugfixes, faster end-turn cam, stuff like that. No overhauls, a-la SFO). Playing as Dawi, ME (duh).

@Prawn of Creation yea this bug seems selective, I wish we could track down its cause

EDIT: I just found out ive been using the wrong modding framework. I figured there was only the one. But not I try the one listed on the page "Ui moddin framework" only to find out it is unusable.

@The Peruvian: Check "enable out of date mods" box (middle-right side on your screenshot).

@Prawn of Creation I knew I saw that checkbox before. But the launcher doenst list UI moddin frameowrk as an active mod when launched. It will list the region trading mod tho

I think this is just because of this current issue with the other mod. Apperently it is a known issue so I will just have to wait for CA to fix it

You check that box, then you can check UI modding framework mod and set it active. If that still doesn't work, then I'm sorry, I'm at a loss here.

Yeah, I just disabled and reenabled a whole set of mods until I came to this one so it's still happening, but I didnt see the modding framework requirement. Will get it now and try again.

Edit: Tried it and it works perfectly. Thank you! Remind me never to use the quick subscribe button again without checking dependencies.
