If I were to create a class that works with this mod, what files do I need to include and which settings do I need to set?

I know these exist in the ClassData:
+AcceptedCharacterTemplates="TemplarSoldier"
+RequiredCharacterClass="TemplarSoldier"

but what else is required to make it work with this mod, or is that it?
