I've also got this bug, except it happens with pretty much every AC2 creature and will let me onto the ground after about 10-20 seconds of falling in place... But then it happens again every time I jump and touch the ground. Would appreciate a solution that doesn't involve "just waiting it out".

Are you both playing single player by chance? If so, that is a bug that wildcard has known about for a long time regarding single player games. No fixes that I know of besides waiting a few seconds for your character to fix itself.

Oh, yeah, I am. That's super unfortunate. :(

It's not every creature. It's specific creatures. Problem creatures in this mod we've noticed so far are Austroraptor and Gigantophis.

We also knew Con Rit from Paranoia had this issue as well, but we were unaware of Sauropelta and Lake Van Monster also having this issue in SP.

We're working as we can to TLC these problem critters first and get these issues dealt with, keep me posted please.

If you *must* ride any of these problem characters, bring narcotics. Knocking yourself out will reset your IKs and fix this issue.

Ohh thank you so much for the extra info. Creatures I've personally had issues with are the Gigantoraptor and the Dilophovenatrix.

FYI spamming the Inventory button will also help snap you out of it.

If it helps, I've also noticed this on Camarasaurus and gigantspinosaurus.

I seem to have discover a bug. It looks some of the the new dinos will cause a bug where the player will be stuck in a falling animation after mounting certain types of dinos. Ones I discovered so far are the Sauropelta and the Lake Van Monster. Every time I mount these dinos and dismount I would encounter this bug. Are you serious, woaw finally i am not the only one! I have had this problem for longer then 5 months now
Also waiting it out has never happened to me

The way i fix this is that i open up tab and typ fly, then i mount a vanilla creature and after, i dismount and crouch for a little while and then i stand back up or i just quit the game and delete that savefile

The rhizodus does this as well

Just encounted this bug today i had it with Camara but only when it is wearing its implant. Without it the bug will dissapear again. Its also not after dismounting but shortly after and only lasts for a few seconds tho i have been force commanding the admincheat fly and 2x admincheat walk command for a bit which seems to snap my charater out of it.
Havent had it with any other dino's as of yet.

edit: i've been using this mod on and off for a long time and had never encountered it before and i've tamed a whole bunch of different dino's so not sure if its and implant thing or not. But that was my guess since camara is the first that doesnt have a saddle for me.

I have this issue too, every time I fall even the smallest distance after I dismounted my Gigantoraptor I fall in place. I think this is not an issue the mod devs can easily solve, but idk I'm not a modder. If y'all are able to solve this, please make it your priority over adding more animals... It's a real bummer that some creatures are un usable because of this...

You can add Herrerasaurus to the list of animals with this bug

Yes its happening on most creatures, Gigantoraptor also.
Makes it unplayable :(

Sauropelta does this to me all the time. Sad too cause it's one of my favorites.

Camarasaurus seems to cause it too
