They will be added when the time comes, some sooner than later. More details for ATLA characters will be added in 1.1, and for characters who appear later in LoK, will be more detailed in 1.2.

One thing I wanted to mention is that the age difference between Zuko and Azula at the 918 start date is incorrect. Azula is younger by two years, not four, therefore depending on the timeline, either Zuko should be 2 with Azula 0 or Azula's age should be moved up to age 2 to better line up with Zuko's age 4 at the start date.
