How do you use this mod?
The description says "You need to add configuration to the gameusersettings.ini to override default vanila setup"

...how? add what?

also, from reading around people seem to talk about editing GUS.ini instead but I dont have that file anywhere on my computer :(

I am using wood raft only. I have reduced speed successfully.
