How do you get rid of this as any chinese faction?

I don't really care for any of those like, dumb agrarian society arguments for India the regular devs get. I just don't want everything not for your army to take forever to research.

Here is a submod that gives you the ability to remove Illiterate Pop, im using it in my own Zhili Clique game
