Lyudigrad??
I am Russian and I can say that this name is VERY weird. English translation of this word looks like "Folk City".
If I understood right, your idea was the "People's City". In this case I suggest "Narodograd".

P.S. But in my opinion Volgograd is much better.

Absolutely agree on that one. Considering that NAROD has a more socialist/communist feel to it, it would be much better than lyudigrad. Братан полностью поддерживаю. Людиград это бред
