There are also buttons in the same room as the entrance to the basement. With these you can open the gate from the outside. I wish you good luck with finding them! :)

To open the stashes with the turrets you have to press "e" on the wall they're behind. And in case you actually want to know how to activate the turrets you simply have to point them at hostile NPCs, for example.

Yup. It activates an alarm from the citadel. That's about it, however.

If you click lambda in basement you will open secret rock door

So just to clear this up: You can open the basement with a button hidden inside the wall under the "fingerprint-decal". There is a panel you can just press "e" on and it will open. Hope this helps.

There's also secret moving panel on the third floor near the 'born' poster - but there's nothing behind it. It appears to be an unfinished secret.
