odd, originally what other mods did you have running? When this started for you were you playing and had a crash ? did you have the paladin pet (not that this should matter you removed saves and not working)

This is the only report I have had of a crash on load, it is likely a singular event for you, so maybe we can work it backwards and help you out.

did you maybe try erasing the mod and redownloading it? you said 3 computers, did you get the mod from steam or my site? www.synergiesmod.com to try to download it directly as well.

I've used int he past:

-Combine Them All CORE
-Dragon Warrior
-FFMusicMod
-Torchlight II Essentials

None of these are currently active when I try to launch Synergies. I actually haven't tried Synergies before but wanted to give it a go because I've heard good things about it. Like I said, I've disabled all the other mods and even tried to delete the save folder for good measure.

delete the SynergiesMOD files and redownload them, almost sounds like a corrupt file.

no joy there. New version doesn't seem to help either. Same results on both computers.

well essentials has had many conflicts with synergies in the past. I know that if you have essential things in your shared stash it won't load the game without it. It VERY well could be one of those mods causing the crash (MOST LIKELY as this is THE ONLY mod crash report i'm getting like this) and nothing at all to do with synergies.

try this, move your modsave directory out of the torchlight 2 or simply rename it something, so it is not effecting the game. THEN try to load with just synergies? Also check your cloud isn't re-updating your game.

ie: I KNOW for a fact that things in shared stash can cause issues even if a mod is turned off. I know that essentials has conflicts with synergies at times. try it and see?

I don't know much about the combine it all and dragon warrior but it sounds to me like you are trying to combine some really beefy mods... it likely won't work so well.

All other mods unsubscribed. Save and modsave folder deleted. Mods folder deleted to re-download Synergies again. Game works fine unmodded.

Mmm this is strange indeed. you have the latest version of Tl2 obviously if your on steam. is your cloud on by chance?

I'd turned it off after deleting my save files. When I load up the unmodded game, there is no "resume" option at this time.

try to go to www.synergiesmod.com and download a previous version. Go to GET IT! button and on the left is a 'load' a different version, I only keep the last three on the ftp. See if this helps you or not... I'm not really sure whats going on with you, but I am resolved to help you out!

Earliest I can find is 511, which was the first version I'd tried off Steam and had problems with. 505 on back give me an error when I try to download them.

Okay...weird. Deleted all the local saves ( Mod save and normal save folders ) again. Turned cloud sync off again. Now it loaded fine.

ya, its likely the saves somewhere being backed up by cloud.. the other mods you listed would definitely cause a crash on load .. as could synergies itself, if you remove them in the manner you did.
