i need to know this

- go to ~Documents\My games\Runic Games\Torchlight 2\mods ( create the "mods" folder if it doesn't exist),
- download and extract the mod in this folder so you only have the ".mod" you wants inside. once it's done
- run the game and click the second button on the launcher, the one with the gear on it then check the mod you want to play and the order you want
- run the game and you should have the mod running

This is for the people that don't know how to get the most updated version of Synergies mod file, directly from steam. Use a third party downloader such as "https://fallback.steamworkshopdownloader.io/", and paste the link from the Synergies workshop page. After that, just follow what Zeis explained above me. This also works for all other Torchlight mods.

Not working

type it manually in your browser. Worked for me. Then simply copy link the Subscribe buttons here on steam and paste it on the text box, then there should appear a download button together with the Thumbnail Picture of the MOD and other details.

Try other browsers.

Manual typing failed in both Chrome and IE for me too (dns error). But google searching for steam workshop downloader and clicking the link worked ... weird.

Remove the "fallback" from the link when typing it in
