Barter Passive Bug
As title says; Barter Passive doesn't currently work as intended, description says "X% improvement in vendor prices for 1 second"
Other mods that are in use are both LOWPOP and HIGHLOOT, and TL2 Essentials. Essentials shouldn't be culprit because w/o Synergies Barter behaves normally. From what I found in files, only Haste and Adrenaline Burst were modified. I could fix it by myself if I knew in which file bug lies.
