Since it's a skateboard it will probably be faster than most moving taunts (for example conga) so would it be going about 2x as fast as conga or would it be like normal moving speed? (Every class speed except demo, soldier, heavy and scout).
Comment what you think it should be.
Personally I think it should be a bit faster than most moving taunts since it doesn't really effect the game at all knowing how fast scout runs already.
