It's most likely going to be on the Mann Co. Store. Class specific taunts are usually around $5 USD. Also, the only taunt available through an achievement is the Director's Cut, and it's there for a reason. There's no reason for this to be an achievement item. The creators can't make it an achievement item anyway, nor would Valve want it to be, as they would make no profit from it. Even if this were to become an achievement item for whatever reason, the creators more than likely would recieve little to no money for their taunt, which screws them over.
