Hub will not rebuild
I have taken Stack and bad teeth, killed the dust bandits and the black ninjas but the hub still isn't finished being rebuilt.

Mod conflict? Do you have another other mod that could be affecting the Hub? For example even with the patch you cannot rebuild the Hub with UWE.

Same issue here, and I figured out that it's because I killed Dimak of the Black Dragon Ninjas, but Buzan either didn't appear at the tower or somehow escaped and hasn't returned.

I also noticed that when I use the world state checker, there's a "Dimak is alive" state (showing false) but no "Buzan is alive" state reported one way or the other. Should there be?
