Okran's Fist, no local leader
i allied with shek, crushing hn.

afaik, many towns override need to remove the local leader in there when running this mod.
however there is none at Okran's Fist.

the bakery shop is no longer there. all hn leaders that affect world overrides already imprisoned, as with their harboring city already changed hand.

Same, the leader in Fist who should be called "Lycus" could not be found at anywhere, I cleared Fist for like 3 times and he is just not there, guess we can not destory HN anymore

Best guess is it's a mod conflict. But cases like this are what the spawner is for, there is a map available at Waystatioms to guide you to their island in the NW.
