There was such an issue in version 0.13.0 that was fixed in the subsequent releases. You are using the current version and not a modified older version, aren't you?

Yep, currently using the workshop version without performing modifications.
I don't notice an error in console or in game when this happens, not sure if there is another file I could look for, I play creating a game and inviting my friends, there is not a public/hosted server involved.

I'll also try to play a game without any addons just to see if there is not something causing this issue, maybe not, because I'm not using any UI mod related to the scoreboard.

I'm having the same issue, while using Arccw, is there anyway to reload the scoreboard using the console?
