Updated the mod to be compatible with OWB 2.0
Currently the mod has been updated so that all of the focuses work properly with 2.0 including updates to resource variable names, and spec ops units. Further updates to the Power Armor portion of the focus tree once I can think of ways to alter it to benefit from the changes in 2.0
Minor fixes and Balance changes
an AI arroyo that is already in a faction should now not accept the BOS camaraderie union event to prevent sudden betrayal's
The GECK event now gives 5000 base population to Arroyo in addition to a monthly pop bonus.
The first Spec ops focus now gives a bonus to research instead of simply unlocking the tech since it can be gained through research now.
The additional fuel focus was changed to give composite materials instead and thus had to be given a new name, description, and icon.
