Lawless Wasteland
What is it? It gives you an option to call it into war as the enclave.

It is a territory you conquer, but don't want to spend man power to occupation and when resistance reach 26 it become wasteland

Any idea how to get ressources from the laweless wasteland after getting the related focus?

checked the files. it is disabled and not working when enabled apparently.

build a guard post.
You click on the country and right next to your "core flag" in the bottom left menu there is a button to garrison a guard unit.
You get it back instantly.
