Electric Grid
Is there like a map mode that can be made or exists to tell which states have an activated electric grid? Going one by one praying I didn't miss one is fustrating.

It's a month late, but this is the general gist of things:

In Construction, the "Build a Power Grid" build option will turn a province blue if you have a Grid in it, as only one can exist and it instantly hits the max. Ergo, whichever provinces aren't blue either don't have a police presence or don't have a grid in them.
