President Granite's happyness
Can we change President Granite's portrait after finishing the focus "Reborn of a nation" to one where he's smiling? Like the one you get after forming the state of Nevada.

I dunno. It seems to me that at that point Granite will have been working himself like an Enclave mule for years, and won't have any realistic prospect of a break until both Caesar's Legion and Santa Anna are defeated.
