I don't know if this is a bug with this sub mod or the main mod but when trying to build ships I set it for the ships to join the fleet that I have set on the west coast it almost always builds the ships in some port on the other side of the Hoover Dam so the ships can't move to my fleet. I'm going to post this same thing in the main OWB workshop page too since might be main mod bug.
