Purity - Laweless Wasteland Resources
Question for the DEVS. or interested players

Since this is currently not implemented, are you interested in a small fix for it?
Currently **testing** my decision file to enable it.
And for some balancing with the reformer branch i changed it so 1 unit of resource movement costs 10 support robots (instead of some manpower).
Also it takes 25 days per unit (as per the military factories to avoid a strong nerf to NCR detection by instantly moving all resources.

never did a proper mod before :)

OK, put some hours into it and am more or less done.
Bad news is that to remove the resources from a state i had to add a building to it which reduces the resources accordingly.

Just using add_resource with -1 does not work. If used with the THEM or THIS command, the information is lost after reloading, making it possible to get unlimited resources as the ENCLAVE.

Anyhow will finish some frontpage for the mod soon and release it as version 0.9.
