NCR rebel help!
Okay so I have gotten to the point where I am about to face the NCR, however, when ever I try to click the arm rebels button nothing happens. It costs zero pp as well, what am I doing wrong?

Haha, I guess, I just hate how folks jump to bug first. I'll try to redo all my progress, still sucks : /

I mean, Zero PP are the same measurements my doctor took. So it must be a bug.

You have to select each region and use Influence to incite the rebels 1st. once you've chosen the regions then you Choose to arm, and you get a couple Militia in each region and go to war with NCR, so be ready!

How do you use the influence though, where is it at?
