A focus for a Frank Horrigan-soldier type
I know there is a focus to resume the FEV experiments and one for make "perfect humans", but I think it wil be nice to have a focus like this, with a big buff on combat stats but with a big stability loss (Like 30%, we know from Fallout 2 that Frank wasnt very popular in the Enclave, mostly because he was a genetic modified super mutant)

Yeah, without the name but the idea is there.
Also, one more question and I'll stop bothering you, did you think about making a focus of rebuilding the Oil Rig after retaking Navarro?

Its the message Xanthos, It says the enclave is back and in Force, With american oil flowing into it's coffers!
