The bugs on the new updates in owb and also Hoi4 itself have proven somewhat unplayable. I have noticed bugs where NCR war doesn't start, and repeating pop ups keep happening. I have also noticed the Money system has ruined the original ( in my view) idea of establishing order and Civilized society across the US, aka its very hard to have an army to conquer the Legion without cheats. I ask if any of you are having similar problems?
