Only the dev knows. They had to wait until the main OWB mod updates before they can fully update this mod. They have to wait and see what the main mod changed before they can fully update the mod sense this is just a submod.

Depends on the Developer's schedule, and how far they actually get. Just be patient, mod devs are effectively volunteers, and these ones are some form of divine prophecy for the amount of work they've put into this mod already.

He posted on Reddit page that he was hoping to have an update ready this week, and he recommends just not playing it until then.
