I went reformed and then double back to become the semi-purist ideology. Lynette appeared and I made her an advisor and completed the entire semi-purist focus tree. But now I'm sitting and 100% Elitist/Oligarch/whatever her party is and nothing is happening. How do I trigger her takeover or election? Or is it only possible for the two main presidential candidates to lead the Enclave?
