You should get Tesla somewhere in the mid-game and you can get Plasma through various events.

I really could not find Tesla and plasma I have to do segregation or is there an other way

You can also get an event after you annex Area 51. In the past I either got the Chi fighter jets or Plasma tech

I Got it it takes a few days to get it all owning it.

Okay so the F-85 fighter you can get by Puppeting the Shi. Plasma guns you get from Controlling Area 51. Tesla have not found the even that deals with that yet. If anybody knows how to get Tesla please let me know.

I believe you can also get the F-85 from Area 51. It is based on a percent change I believe. Either Plasma or the plane. I got Plasma twice and plane once thus far.
