Stats for the whole set?
i think this set should have a bonus stat like harder to spot in bushes 100% crit on head and saves a crit for melee how about that?:steambored:

That Valve already though, isnt it?
TF2 weapons are usually just situational variants of stock, there a few direct upgrades, but yes, I think that a set bonus like that would be P2W and would probably deter new players from the game.

I agree with that stats for cosmetics is a bad idea due to making the game p2w but as stat suggestions, maybe with full set, gain 20% cloak invisibilty when prone but take 15% increased fire damage and 15% longer afterburn duration with each piece worn

What about like a joke set bonus like the Fruit Shoot's one is, say like the original: 50% harder to see in bushes (but it actually doesnt do anything).

hm... for the stats I would go with something like this:

Caretaker:
+50% acuracy
+50% charge speed
+50% ammo
bodyshots do no damage (so opposite of machina)

Cover Cutter:
+100% damage
no random critz
full critz reduced to minicritz (or basically the cowmangler of melee weapons)

Caretaker: Probably the same as my personal favorite sniper rifle, the Machina, or as Black Fog says, be the opposite of the Machina.


Cover Cutter: Increases speed towards invisible spys.
If you hit a Spy with this weapon, he gains an outline to you. And only you.
Can be swung twice as fast as normal.
25% less damage.
No random critz. Seriously, how many times do we have to type those words down for your weapon stats!?

thats a good idea, stuff like wearing this whole set gives you 100% crits its bs for free2plays

They removed set bonuses a long time ago beacuse of f2p, they arnt comming back, they never will.
