Map install fail for LOTS of servers
"What maps do you need to play the prop hunt?" some people are saying that (like me) because thier game (and any other value games) is supose to download maps in the loading screen but some of them don't (for example a costom mario kart map in tf2,it does not download when it says "disconected. does not have ph_test_1.1" or any other map) so i got why its not downloading! some severs made by a person do not allow downloading. But if theres a compeny like skial,lowlagflag or anybody esle can make downloads (not single remember dat K?). So where asking to make SINGLES to stop making sever ok?

EDIT: PLEASE STOP TEXTING "it works fine! :D" I DONT CARE IF IT WORKS OR NOT

If the mep is from CS:S IT WON'T DOWNLOAD IT!!!
It only downloads from workshop.

This sounds like an issue with the servers you're visiting. They need to have a copy of the map on a fastdl server or enable downloading maps to clients directly (although that has a limited bandwidth and is very slow). If the server doesn't have a fastdl server the clients will just error out because they don't have the map.

oh, make sure you have cl_downloadfilter set to all, also
