I figured it out. One of the mods I had was causing some sort of error, and after deleting all my mods and unsubscribing and subscribing back to the most important ones, This and the creators other mods are working.

Which Mod is it though?

Not sure I got rid of a ton of mods and it worked again, I would unsubscribe from any mods you subscribed too around the time this mod stop working and gradually add the ones you need back.

I did that i subscribe to other addons then the addon not working and i know what addon i used that still worked so i deleted all the addon before the addon that i know worked and nothing still did not work
