Ingame VS Video difference
The big difference is that the rockets only appear after the first rocket is gone. There is never 2 rockets out at once like the video shows :((((((. Only one rocket at a time

Can confirm that it is like this in-game. Don't know if valve will fix it because it's very underwhelming in its current state, and seems like a bug rather than an actual change on Valve's part.

I made my Conga this effect, and I'm a bit disappointed on how this actually came. The team usually fixes bugs after a major update, though.

It is, the effect should be back to what it should've been. (It's way better.)
