Round Rewards + Starter Items
Anyone have any clue how to stop the combine rewards I get and the combine turrets at the start from attacking me, I have no clue and they seem pointless if I can't use them...?

then remove em! i do that all the time ;) you can spawn your own npc's to help you!
and there are good rebel turret mod's on workshop! but if you mean like the map's trigger's and spawning's! you should talk to the map creator.

i use the combine ion cannon and the airboat gun which are automatic.

It could be a conflicting addon you have, or a lack of resources from HL2EP2.
