Is playing as New York even possible?
In my very first game of this mod I decided to play as New York. I was having a grand old time until the Consumerist Uprising occurred and I was basically just booted from the game. A 10,000 man army came marching into my country, how am I supposed to defend against that? I don't know if this event just randomly triggered in New York or if this a scripted event that always happens in NY.

This event does not happen every time you play as New York. You just had bad luck.

If you're not squeamish about these things, you can win every war by using the "imprison" cheat. Just saying. not that i ever did that when RNG screwed me *cough* *cough*

I managed to create Murica as NY, I think it's all about luck, but the patrician republic government can get on your nerves sometimes "Yes, you're the president of the USA, but you cannot marry my daughter because I am a king and you're an emperor with patrician republic, which actually makes you a baron scum"

I was wondering, is the US a formable nation in the mod? Can any Americanist country make it or do I need to be the President?

you can form the US

You do also need to be president if you are an Americanist. Other religions can make it though, but some have special conditions.
