Custom Tools
So, I have been able to add in new tools and workbenches but I have ran into some issues.
I can successfully create my custom workbench in game and I also have it showing my custom pickaxe in the list it shows when you press e on the workbench. The issue I have is when I go to craft the pickaxe, nothing happens! I cannot figure out why its not showing.

The things I have done:
  • I created a new gms_.lua file for my pickaxe
  • I created a new gms_.lua file for my workbench
  • I have added a new combination to combinations.lua for my workbench
  • I have added a new combination to combinations.lua for my pickaxe
  • I have added my pickaxe to the mining process in processes.lua
  • I have added a new language.add for my workbench in cl_init.lua

Am I still missing something?

This isn't so much for Rubat to help me because I know he is a busy guy and all but this is for anyone who knows what to do to help me.

Proper modding support for this gamemode is pretty much absent.

You will need to add your workbench into "whitelist" in init.lua console command gms_makecombination.

I am working in my free time, on proper modding support for this gamemode, as well as more content, etc. I just need time, because I can spend only limited amount of time on the gamemode.

Hey no worries man! I'm trying to figure it out without bugging anyone to much but i'm no lua expert, just self taught. I appreciate the help though. I'll go test it now.
