There's no prop spam protection. If you want to disable the Prop Protection, you can't.

I find it kind of weird then, when I try to spawn two props quickly after eachother, to the left in the middle it says "No spamming!", like it does with all those GMS messages.

Ah right, I have looked into it, you can disable it in init.lua in function GM:PlayerSpawnProp. There's no convar for it because there's no reason for you to disable the spam protection.
