Removing dockyards
When activiated this mod removes starting dockyards on the starting starbase.

This means you cannot build ships for the first 10 years of the game until you research the next level of star bases.

The cause is that for some reason this mod is incompatible with mods like Starbase Extended.

I have the same problem as well. My gf can't work this through either. Only this mod causing this issue.
