Have you tried only the PT 2.0 and PT-EP only?

Ok, it works when I disable all other mods. Don't have time to go through every mod one by one right now but I will update this post when I do.

OK, I found the mod that is breaking it for me. Just to be clear, I tested this two ways. One was just with your 2 mods and 1080p PLUS mod, this showed the bug. Then I enabled ALL OF MY MODS except the 1080p plus mod and it broke both your mods. If I use your mods alone they of course work as well. Something in your second mod is interfering and breaking your base mod when using 1080p PLUS It looks like that other guy who is having issues is also using the exact same MOD I am by the looks of his screen sho.. I hope that makes sense

I can confirm that UI Overhaul 1080p Plus break Plentiful Traditions 2.0 - Extra Perks. ESC 2.0, ESC 2.0 OR and KUROGANE ship working fine with PT 2.0-EP. Kinda strange that UI Overhaul worked fine with the base PT 2.0 but not the with the Extra Perk one. Also Advanced Ascensions worked fine with PT2.0.

Ya I can't live without 1080p Plus, Too much scolling drives me nuts. I imagine the Dev will figure it out. I still think it's weird that it breaks one and not the other.

I have:
UI Overhaul 1080p plus
Job descriptions
more events mod
complex origins
starnet ai
civics expanded+
ethics and civics classic 2.8
gigastructural engineering 2.8
advanced ascension(no extra slot)
expanded stellaris ascention perks
plentiful traditions 2.8.1
expanded stellaris traditions
traditions trees
All these mods work perfectly.

It breaks perfect ascension and some traditions completion flags when i add:
plentiful traditions 2.8.1 - Extra perks
in any position on the load order.

i tried with only
plentiful traditions 2.8.1 - Extra perks
advanced ascension(no extra slot)
expanded stellaris ascention perks
plentiful traditions 2.8.1
and it breaks in any load order

UI Overhaul doesn't work for me at all. when Using this MOD specifically the Star Base Buildings simply don't work.
