Invincible Enemies Bug
Occasionally I run into a bug where an enemy or barrel can't be killed. I fire as much ammo as I can, and they still will not die. I'm sure they're being hit because they do still bleed when I shoot them. This happened three times. One with a Demon, one with a Hell knight, and another with a Barrel.

Are you getting any Lua errors in the console?

There weren't any that I saw. I think I was wrong too, since the Weapon is what handles the blood. The monster didn't yell or flinch at all.

Try using the HL2 weapons, see if that causes any blood effects. Monsters create blood effects instead of the weapon if the weapon is non-DOOM. If you provide a list of addons you have installed, I can check them for any conflicts.
