Mapmaking for gmDoom
I'm trying to recreate maps from Doom 1 in Hammer. I would like to know if there's an entity list or any other way to use the Addon's resources in the Source SDK. If not, it would be great if such mapmaking support would be added in the future.

I'll try to get an entity .fgd uploaded somewhere. Textures might not be available for a while, though. I'm experiencing some sort of Lua matproxy-related crash on brush entities, so that needs to be sorted out.

Thank you in advance. How would textures work with Hammer? To avoid commercial resource problems would the mapmaking materials include the Freedoom textures, or would we have to type the texture name and have faith it would compile properly? Is there any tool that can help with a mass conversion of exported PNG files to the VTF and VMT format?

Yes, Look for It on Google, The Steam forums map making area & Facepunch.
