Perhaps, the bind key could come in hand.

let's say that the Wolfenstein ♥♥♥♥'s entity's name is "WolfensteinSS." it probably is, I just never actually found the source name for it.

for that, you would put this in the console.

bind <INSERT CUSTOM KEY HERE> "ent_create WolfensteinSS"

If this doesn't work, then I have no other suggestions.
