Invincible NPCs glitch
for some reason, many npcs (mostly the zombiemen and shotgun guys) become invulnerable if they get shot once and don't die from it. This doesn't always happen with these circumstances but it does pretty often. They even survived a point blank BFG shot. Anyone else having this issue?

I have this issue also. I am under the (possibly mistaken) impression it is some sort of issue with M9K weapons.

Could have something to do with other addons, but the only other one I had when this started was the one that spawns the doom maps

It is probably an issue inherent to the GM_Doom addon itself then, I have the same problem without the addon that spawns doom maps.

It is really frustrating because I can't tell what specifically is causing this. There are no console errors that I can find and not every enemy becomes invulnerable.

Same here, it wasn't always like this so maybe an actual Gmod update caused it
