Daiyousei isn't trash, she's really ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ good if you get her early. She serves the same purpose Lily White does, which is giving you an insane amount of experience if you use them correctly. Considering he has two of them, I'd assume he's using them well.

what aki does is when she's on the field, she will gradually gain a star, and over time she will reach 5 stars. Daiyousei gives ez exp. What you do is roll for normal fairies then lvl them up to 10. Then use the fairy to rank up. The faster you get at doing this the higher numbers of rank 5 you can get.

i used to be able to make 15 5* with daiyousei Seiga and Toramaru

Use it to level up your main hitter. You only need 1 super strong tower to hold the waves so always prioritize getting a higher rank girl.
