Why does it move?
It should not move unless it's a Killstreak, Some why not make it a Killstreak?

That's just the random element of weapon skins, it is not animated. It is simply a variant of the skin, of which you can get thousands of variants. Ever wondered what the numbers were at the bottom of the warpaint menu? That's the code of that specific texture.

If i'm correct some war paints don't move or move a specific direction but I have no idea how to fix that.

Id say it would be great if you can somehow have the warpaint be animated! Very nice war paint regardless!
