Hey, my Problem was that before i used the FPS Boost i got around 250 fps but after then i got only 144 even when fps_max 0 and mat_que_mode -1.

To fix that I've tried many steps including to setup a new config but the real Problem is that some NVIDIA Settings are messy. Sadly i cannot tell you which but i suggest that you use the settings from "alexrr" a German pro

After that i always get my 250 fps back :)
