Because the Japanese environment overrides English localisation files, I implement translation into Japanese as a separated mod which includes only the localisation folder.
When my translation is completed to a certain extent, could you allow me to publish it?

By the way, I guess you create German version first and translate it into English. Is that right?
I couldn't find a difference between Interchangeable Parts and Replaceable Parts.
It's also difficult to translate the difference between Constitutional Monarchy and Parliamentary Monarchy.
